They are very honest people. I took my car in for a repair because it was making a noise, and I thought the issue was one specific part. When I went to pick it up, Cesar told me the car was still making the noise and that the actual problem was the differential. Since I hadn't planned for such a significant expense and didn't have the money at the moment, I decided to postpone it. They offered to put my original part back in, but since I didn't have time that day because I had to work, I went home and returned two days later to have them swap it back. True to their word, they reinstalled my original part and gave me a full refund. As soon as I save up enough money to fix the differential, I’ll be back. They were very honest, and good things happen to good people

I live in Paonia and have a fabulous mechanic over there. However, Iehen was on the road and my car was overheating, I didn’t dare take it up Vail pass because there’s no place to pull over if it has a problem. I made a supposedly wrong turn and saw the NAPA sign for In-N-Out. I know that Napa mechanics back up each other‘s work. They spent an hour running the van to find where this slow leak was that was dropping my coolant over months. Figured out a reasonably priced way to get me back on the road. Today they’re repairing the heating blower that only operated on full blast. They charge reasonable prices, are courteous, timely and back up their work. They have totally earned all these 5 star reviews!!!!!

Traveling across country, missouri to Oregon, with two cars One of the vans was overheating. They found the problem, ordered the part, repaired the van and had us on our way by 1pm the same day. Very professional and priced right.

Let me tell you about these guys. I'm from Houston, working in Aspen on a 3/1 week rotation. Just 2 days before I go back home, my radiator, and hoses freeze and crack. 1200 miles from home, just 5 days before Christmas I'm panicking to get my car fixed. 2 mechanics stood me up days prior, then someone local recommended In and out. I called them and set up the install, with only one day before they close for the holiday. They got my car back within hours of my expected departure. And for half the cost of other shops. My family and I wish the best to these guys for their patience, professionalism and Courteous actions. Thank you so much. Ignore the negative reviews, these guys are legit!!! Troy S.
