Indian Motorcycles of Redlands

Horrible excuse for an Indian Motorcycle Dealership. I've had the worst experience I've ever had with any mechanic. Took over two months for them to solve a check engine light that came on less then 100 miles of an oil change from these jokers. Sean was the worst. I HOPE YOU GET FIRED SEAN. My bike had so many scratches after picking it up. They take zero pride in there work, and zero accountability for the damages. Take your Indian Motorcycle somewhere else.

First and foremost, I would like to recommend Murray as a salesman to anyone! Great guy very helpful. That guy can sell me anything. He’s the reason why I purchased my bike at the Indian in Redlands. I see a lot of good reviews about this shop, The bikes and merchandise are quality! But their customer service sucks. Today I called in requesting some info on how much it would cost to switch my handlebars. The guy, and I’m not going to say his name was rude. I asked for two specific people The front desk told me to ask for, he said “yeah” I was thrown off by his attitude as he Just sounded rude. So I said “ I need handlebars and a plate that covers wiring. So I gave him the part numbers. I needed my fairing off as well so I was explaining to him what was needed. Rudely, he tells me $700

I have not bought a bike here but I have had my Indian Chief and Honda Shadow serviced here. The staff was always friendly and engaged. And even though I wasn't in the market to buy they answered all my questions about the newer models. Great hangout spot in a beautiful location. Great eats and coffee shops within walking distance so you can leave your bike there all day for service with no issue.

Brought my Scout in for its 500 mile break in servicing. Sean made things happen right away. He knew about motorcycle maintenance and made me feel happy with my experience. Overall, each time in the shop has been a good experience. All the people are amazing.

My experience purchasing my first motorcycle at Indian motorcycles of Redlands California was educational and full of genuine laughs with Murray my Indian sales representative and the other employees. When it came to the financing part the team made it easy and worked with me on the numbers I wanted. I’ve been in sales before and it’s very rare to get treated this well. It was well after closing and the whole Indian staff including members of the Indian motorcycle club came out and helped me load my new bobber 20 in my truck to wish me the best. Unbelievable buying experience. Murray thanks again for helping me!
