Indy Automotive & Collision Center is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I went to them expecting good service after my transmission was having issues, but this experience has ensured I will never return. First, their time estimates are completely off. They took over a month to “fix” my transmission, and even then, it was not properly repaired. When I got home, I discovered that nuts and bolts were left loose, and the radiator pipe wasn’t secured, causing radiator water to leak. It felt like they intentionally left things undone, expecting me to come back. To make matters worse, they even stole parts from my car.
