This is the only place to buy tires in the Triangle. Ingold has been around for 40 years and they offer the absolute best service and prices you’ll find anywhere. I’ve shopped all over town for tires and it was a waste of time because Ingold always came back with the best quality and prices, even much better than Costco, and it wasn’t close. Not to mention, the service is outstanding. This team is completely trustworthy and reliable. If Ron Ingold and co. sold groceries or electronics or clothing, I’d buy them from him too. He’s just that good. Quit looking and come to Ingold. You won’t regret it.

Will never go back. Claimed to have done my front brakes. Took my car back same day because they were squeaking so bad and now 2 months later I’m wasting money to get someone else to fix it. Very unknowledgeable & money hungry.

I got there to Ingold Tire about 15–20 minutes before they opened and was third in line, so I would recommend showing up early. I went because my car was rattling, and I needed to know what was going on, they were patient with me when I was trying to describe the issues. They looked at the car, added oil, and explained everything clearly. No scare tactics, no upselling, just clear answers and fair pricing. It felt like a shop I could trust. I’ll absolutely be back if anything else comes up.

My disabled child and I were in Durham for a doctor’s appointment - we live 3.5 hours away. My car broke down and I was on the side of the road with my disabled kid in her wheelchair. The towing company was very sympathetic and suggested Ingold Tire & Auto Service Center as the best solution. I think if a towing company recommends a place to a woman stranded on the side of the road with a disabled child, the place has a good reputation with the people that count. Ingold Tire was able to fix my car same day. I’m pretty sure everyone there went home a little late because they helped me and my kid out but they acted like it wasn’t a big deal.
