Innovative towing & Recovery

Fast service. When they came to help me with a tow, they asked if I was ok and offered me some water. It was nice to ask how I was and that they were there to get me back on my way. I highly recommend this company. Orlando was my tow driver and very professional and quick.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They showed up to tow my vehicle and appeared to be high on something. They became agitated when I asked them to drop my vehicle and leave and then became aggressive and demanded $250 to put it back down. They only wanted cash and provided no receipt. I would push my vehicle by hand uphill through ant-infested sand while naked and covered in honey before I ever called Innovative Towing. **UPDATE: Their response is a lie. My apartment complex knew nothing about the tow.

Innovative Towing and Recovery posted a vehicle for sale that they had repossessed/towed in. We made arrangements to meet at 12pm and I drove 2 hours to get there. Owner kept pushing the time over and over again, making non stop excuse after excuse. 4:30pm and I’m still waiting. After a 2 hour drive I had to stick it out. I told the owner I would stick around even after 4.5 wasted hours if he worked with me on the price and I was told “you can go home bud”. So I make the 2 hour drive back home only to receive a message at 6pm that he’s there finally. 6 hours late and absolutely no empathy, no remorse for my time, no care at all. In conclusion I took the day off work, drove 4 hours round trip, and waited in the middle of Barstow for 4.5 hours with nothing to show for it. Thank you for the w

I can't stress enough how thankful I am to this company. Had a flat tire with no spare and five kids in the car and they had no tow trucks available. An off duty employee showed up in his personal vehicle to remove my tire took it to a tire shop and replaced the tire came back and put it back on and got me back on the road in no time. To top it off the charge was ridiculously cheap for being in the middle of the desert on weekend rates. Amazing people and service. So thankful there are still businesses out there looking out for others are not just their pockets.

I highly recommend using this service. My keys had gotten locked inside of my car when I was in the middle of the dessert off of a dirt road. I was so worried that no one would be able to find me. I called Innovative Towing & Recovery and the operator was helpful and friendly. The service technician came quickly, and was extremely nice and professional. He was able to open my car without any problems. I would definitely call them again for any service or towing needs.
