Interstate Truck Repair

I called them at 4 AM because I ran out of fuel(fuel gauge don’t work boss told me he had somebody fill it) they told me it would be 90 minutes to 2 hours. It was 4° outside. I had to call the highway patrol they let me sit in their car. I told the mechanic when he got there he would have to remove my fuel filters and fill them up. He did not listen to me. He went through two cases of starting fluid trying to start my truck had to spend over $800 to get towed to his shop because the highway patrol wanted it off the road I was there from 8 o’clock in the morning until 3 o’clock in the afternoon, he decided to take a two hour lunch break thinking that I went and got a motel room when I was sitting in the office after he took the fuel filter off and put fuel in it guess what it started up and

I broke down on a Saturday night around 6pm blew out a U-joint was able to make it to their shop. Their service Tech Joe was absolutely amazing very honest up front and very professional. I was up and running the following morning back on the road. I highly recommend recommend this company to anyone that needs help when they break down. The rates are very good this company is not out to rake ppl over the coals. Overall experience is a 10 out of 10. Thanks for the great experience and getting me back rolling the following morning and a special thanks to the mechanic Joe for ur great work.

I ordered a two truck. Clearly confirmed pick up and delivery location. I was told that truck will be there in an hour, took 3 hours?! AND BELIEVE WHAT, THEY SEND MOBILE SERVICE INSTEAD A TOWING TRUCK?!?! AVOID AT ANY COST!

Had an emergency trailer repair in freezing temps. They came, they got the job done, and now they have a new customer!!! Thanks for getting us back on the road so quickly and fair pricing for emergency roadside!!!

I blew a trailer tire right on interstate 70. When I pulled over I didn't realize there was interstate truck repair to my right. Gave them a call. They told me to come on in. The guy was super nice and was grateful for my patience as he completed another tire repair. I did my best to assist because he did seem pretty exhausted. The other trailer needed a new tire on his rim. We all know how exhausting that can be. Luckily for me I had a spare tire on a rim that just had to be swapped. It was all done within 30 minutes.
