Ira Collision Center

I was recommended to IRA Collision Center because I heard they did good work — unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. I’ve been calling them for three weeks after they supposedly “fixed” my car, and I still have no resolution. Since getting my vehicle back: • The ambient lighting on both doors no longer works • There’s visible overspray on the window panel • My door is not mounted properly I’ve spoken with Dennis Alvarez and Ben Durham, the manager, but nothing has been resolved. The customer service has been terrible — no follow-up, no urgency, and no accountability. I expected professional repairs and communication, but instead I’m left with new problems they caused and no clear path to getting them fixed. Customer service at its very best! My adjuster Peter went out of his way to explain all the details and keep me updated at all times of the progress of the repair. The receptionist was excellent and very helpful, warm and friendly. The car came back looking great. Ira Collison is a 5 star plus.

I had a rear hatch panel replaced this past week and it looks brand new. They reinstalled my rear, after market, camera for me. They weren’t sure if they were going to be able to. I noticed today that they detailed the inside of my car and they also installed several clips under my car (that another place broke and then put zip ties in place of them). I had these clips by my middle console and I had just noticed that they were gone and looked under my car to see that they were installed. Way to go IRA Collision! I will always take my car to you and will definitely recommend you! Thank you!!!!

Great experience at Ira Collision Center in Danvers. From the moment I arrived, every person I encountered was friendly, professional and helpful. Bob Moreau managed the estimate on the work that included replacement of the passenger side mirror and was my contact. He was straightforward in his initial assessment of the damage and was so helpful with all of my questions... responding in a timely manner by email, voicemail and text. Bob’s communication went above and beyond and I am so grateful. I will recommend Ira Collision and working with Bob Moreau to anyone who needs some work done on their car!
