The work could have been done anywhere so Customer Service is what matters. Karen, Lisa and Marcelo were all polite and respectful of my time. The insurance company sought to make the repair process a hassle, but Karen and Lisa BEAT THEM DOWN until all was corrected. I immensely appreciate the level of support I have received from Ira Collision.

My insurance provide (which is another joke itself) sent my car to this repair center after a fender bender I had, appraiser claims I was at fault. Nonetheless car was delivered to them a few days after the incident because that’s how long they took to get it from my driveway (could not be driven because of a bent tie rod). After they got the car they sent it to their Mercedes dealership because they apparently don’t do mechanical work 🤯 (for the bent tie rod). The car was at the dealership for what seemed like forever waiting for parts and then labor. After the dealership did their thing the car went back to the collision center who have since then told me that I would be getting my car the next week every-time I call. I had a damaged side view mirror on a new truck. 3000 miles. When the mirror was damaged it chipped the paint on the door. I figured the best place to bring it would be the dealerships repair center. They must have left the doors wide open because the entire interior was white from font to back, The "Cleaned it" a second time and still the white stuff was embedded in the dash board, door panels and other surfaces. I had it professionally detailed at the dealership I purchased it from and they could not clean this out either. They Ruined a 56,000.00 dollar truck interior and they're alright with it.

*8/8/24 update* The paint, PPF, and OEM parts were great that Marcel was able to get. Unfortunately the fit and finish left a lot to be desired. Later I found that the inner fender liners were not installed correctly and some bolts were not even there or reattached to secure anything. Had to fix everything myself after a piece of the fender liner came loose ultimately hitting my tire and damaging other components. Haven’t even had my car repaired yet but after calling around (Moody’s, R.P. Bell) Ira Collision provided the best and friendly customer service. Speaking over the phone they were more than helpful with getting me in the same day to speak with someone when I already had a claim and quote from USAA. If you want great service, please don’t come here. After a deer collision 7/1, our insurance recommended us to go here on 7/2. After ordering all the parts, they said it would be 10 days to complete our vehicle. After the 10 days, we had to call first for any and all updates. First it was just an incorrect headlight left, so it got pushed back until the next week. Then they said they ordered an incorrect fender flare, so then a few more days. Then when that was supposed to be done, they said it was the an incorrect grille. Mind you this is a stock 2012 Jeep Wrangler where this model runs for 10 years.
