They serviced a recall on my car to replace the fuel pump. Overall it was a good experience. I dropped my car off and they had it done in several hours. The only thing I didn’t like was that the car smelled like gas inside when I came to pick it up.

This place is the absolute worst. A few years ago, they started working on major repairs to my car without my giving them the green light. Alberto then threw a temper tantrum on the phone when I pointed this out, so I chocked it up to him mishearing my requests for an after-market estimate. Fast forward to now, I decided to let bygones be bygones and took my car in early Monday morning for an airbag recall and asked them to fix my trunk while they were at it. They estimated 4 hours, then called to say that the airbag parts they had were "defective" and they needed to order a new one. Why wouldn't you check that beforehand? It was $400 for a new trunk handle, only for them to discover after completing that job that it was actually the latch and they wanted $560 on top of the work they had a

I called them a while ago to get information about the costs of oil/filter change and setup an appointment for a routine maintenance and talked to a lady. She would call me back but of course she didn't. I did an appointment online and used a discount coupon that's already on their website. When I arrived I noticed they tried to charge me more even I mentioned the coupon they said they didn't know their website is changing oftenly._Since I follow their website it is always the same_ After my efforts I was able to use their coupon. They also told me my car's front and rear brakes are so bad and need to be replaced. $595 for each one. Excellent service, very kind and helpful. Plus, there's a huge bonus! The dealership has a CAFE inside!! Bread and Butter Cafe and the food is really outstanding! Very reasonable price for food and it's delicious with large portions. Honestly, I may go back just for the home fries
