Ira Subaru Parts Center

This place is a joke. They don't even stock basic parts and have to order them in. Once at the parts counter to pick up your part(s) you're required to pickup a phone at a counter and call a parts employee. In my case i.was on hold for a couple minutes. I was told to wait in the waiting room and they would bring my part out to me. After 15 minutes my part arrived.at which point i had to go through their overly cumbersome process of paying for it. I'll order from an online oem retailer from now on (better prices and far more convenient).

Service Department front desk is lazy and unhelpful. There used to be a gentlemen at parts that made my experience here great and made me want to spend my money. This is no longer the case.

The new building is beautiful and big I just wish the inventory was more plentiful the service like I said before is excellent but expensive
