Ira Toyota of Danvers Service Center

made a service appointment for my car at Ira Toyota Danvers. I was very pleased with the experience from start to finish . The experience started great with my service writer Thomas Chase he was very good at explaining what would be done and was spot on with his time estimate and had me in and out within 1 hour for a oil change , tire rotation and vehicle inspection. Would highly recommend seeing Thomas at Ira in service for the best experience !

I had a 9:20am appointment this morning for an oil change/tire rotation with multipoint inspection. The advisor said it would take 2 hours. I have never waited 2 hours for this type of service at any Toyota dealer. I actually had to wait 3 hours to get my car back & it wasn't even washed. Not a happy customer.

Very disappointed ….bring my car 11.10 for 11.20 appointment….waiting 3 hours and find out is it ready…? Sales people said it’s not in jet so u have to wait…..just for oil change…no value of time for normal person…😟

The quality of service is good. However, they seem to be busy at all times of day now. The last few times I have come, I have waited 3 hours or more for oil changes. And on several occasions, it seems that the service technician "forgot" about me. I get an email saying that my car is done, but an hour goes by and no one comes to get me in the waiting area. I go out to parking lot and see my car. Then, I go back inside and have to find my technician on my own; they aren't always at their desk. Each time, I am told, "Oh, I was just about to come grab you." That being said, the quality of service is otherwise good. I would recommend for longer repairs.

Give this guy Dennis a raise here. Dude went out of the way and broke down in detail everything I asked about and got me out of there and paid in record time. You guys need more help like him and angel around.
