Going to Auto shops as a girl without help of a father or man can be intimidating and its just not something we get excited about doing. Today I had a scheduled appointment at “J Byrd Automotive”. I’ve had one prior experience with him. My sister locked her keys in her car. His shop is less than a mile from my house. We called him , he said he would be here within 30 min. About an hour and a half later he shows up. Non apologetic but giving playful backhanded bater, which I was returning. All was good. He didn’t charge us but we tipped him and went on our way. Today I had an appt with him at 8:00. I was there on time. There was nobody in the office when I got there so I waited. He finally walked in, no greeting, no smile.
