Devin went above and beyond to get me into a car that truly fits me and my needs. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and handled with care. We had just started shopping for a new vehicle and stopped by Jerry Ward Autoplex. Little did I know I was about to find my dream car and could not have been happier. Norman was great and not pushy. We stopped by on a Saturday and then went to multiple other places, but I nothing compared to that Acura MDX I drove. We called Norman first thing Monday morning and by 10 am we knew it was gonna be mine! When I went to pick it up that afternoon, they had everything ready and it was basically painless for me.

After visiting Jay Ward’s AutoPlex, I called and scheduled an oil change and a transmission diagnostic test. I dropped my truck off specifically for those two services. When they called me later, instead of discussing the transmission diagnostics I requested, I was told about a long list of other issues with my truck — including replacing all rotors and brakes on all four wheels — services I did not ask to have inspected. When I asked whether they had actually run the transmission diagnostic, I was told they “test drove it” and determined it was everything but the transmission. I then requested documentation or a written report of the diagnostic test. Stranded on the side of the road!!! Got an oil change , on the way home I reached Martin, my car was smoking really bad, pulled over off the road oil everywhere. I called the shop and told them, they told me to call Chrysler roadside assistance have the car towed back . Roadside assistance number they gave me was not covered by insurance and was going to cost me 280.00 for a short distance tow. When I called Jerry ward service center for help to get the car back, no one would answer. They left me stranded on the side of the road. I was so upset. And sick to my stomach that I was just left stranded with no help from them for a mistake someone at their shop did .
