Taylor Ford

My work office is my truck. Water pump goes out today while going to my next appointment. I contacted Taylor Ford service department and Jamie in service said get it up here. Same day service, very professional work was conducted from beginning to end! Highly recommend this business.

We got there first thing test drove, bought the car and was out of there an hour and a half later. The car was just like in the pictures. The staff was patient, and friendly. Chris was great to work with and made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely recommend for buying a car. Thanks again.

Made appointment within a week, very nice respectful, drop off was easy , they called when done pick up was fast and easy! I had never been to Taylor and always went to Victory in Dyersburg but they were so disrespectful to me as a woman, and lied about waiting time, and said the recall would take 6hrs wouldnt give me a rental, when at Taylor in UC it only took two hrs for oil change tire rotation and recall fix! Taylor will always have my business!

It was a great experience. I knew what I was looking for when I arrived. The salesman promptly greeted me and began providing all he knew about the vehicle I was interested in. We took it for a test drive and when we returned we began the paperwork. At no time did I feel pressured to make the purchase. When I returned the next day to retrieve the vehicle it was waiting and ready for pickup with a full tank of gas as promised. I will definitely be putting these guys on the top of my list the next time I'm looking for another used vehicle.

My service advisor, Jamie, was on point start to finish! She was taking care of things-like using my Ford Pass points-before I even knew that was something I could use! She is the best! Pick up and drop off of my vehicle was flawless and saved me from having to get a ride to and from work that day. My first ever time to use a dealer for routine maintenance was a perfect experience.
