Can't say enough about the great service! We were from out of state and realized we had a bad tire. Called them at 4pm(they close at 5) asked if they could mount us a new tire. They said yes. We got there 15 minutes later and they had us back in the raod within 20 minutes! Thank you thank you!

Had a pretty bad alignment experience here. My truck was out of alignment and needed new tires due to extreme wear. They put new tires on and realigned my vehicle. After driving a week, it was obvious to me that the alignment was not correct, so I took the vehicle back in to have them look at it. They blamed it on tire pressure being low on one side. I asked what the tire pressures were and they told me that one side was 38psi and one was 36 psi. Pretty ridiculous to blame a poor alignment on 2 psi. So I drove around with my steering wheel cocked about 20 degrees for another 800-900 miles, before I noticed that the front end was doing a lot of clunking when making a full turn. These were the kindest people. It was pouring rain and I had a flat. I’m a college student from not around here. They got me in and out. They changed my tire gave me information and confronted me. I cannot express enough how incredible these people were. They could have charged me or not helped me but instead fixed it and helped me out on a bad day. If you have any car issues this is the place to go. I am so beyond grateful for these people.

My daughter was in Union City for job interview an hour away from home. She had a blowout when entering hospital parking lot. I came down to help her but didn't have all necessary tools as her lugs were different size than my sockets and there was no tire tool w her car when we bought it. Mr Reynolds could not have been more kind to us and more helpful in helping get us back on our way. His friendliness and compassion will always remain with me. I could tell by conversations w customers in waiting area and speaking w an employee that Reynolds Brothers is truly genuine in that they are more concerned with people than about making a dollar. It's comforting to meet Godly people when in need. Forever greatful.
