Everyone there is normally very kind however the ornery old guy in there truly needs to be taught how to talk to people the way he not only talkes to men but woman as well is truly pathetic. Dude needs to loose the attitude as I know he is quite rude with most of his customers. This reputation is representation why only a small crowd does barely any business.

Yeah do not go here. The people here are incredibly rude. My partner is looking for a rim and Interlochen was the closest place and they closed soon. He called these guys and ask if they had it and explained his situation and said he would pay right now if they had it to avoid going to Interlochen. Theady said oh my gosh yeah, call back in like 3 minures and we will look for you. He waited about 5 minutes, and when he called back they said they were still looking. No problem. He called back in about 5 minutes and they guy answered and got really angry and said " you have to give us more than a couple of minutes before you call dude" and when my partner told him that the lady told him to call back in 3 minutes, the guy hung up on him. Needed a used tire in a difficult to find size. Nobody in a 100 mile radius had one, but these guys took my info and called me as soon as one became available - less than 72 hours later! Good way to practice business if looking for repeat customers!

Awesome Place!! I was looking for an 1-1/2" O.D. Round steel tube 16ga. A couple feet long. They stayed after they closed, to help me out. Family Own and Operated, Great People!!!! Great Prices... I Cant wait to go back and buy more stuff. Thank You !!!!!
