I haven't purchased a car from McLain's, but I've had service done there. Doug and his crew are honest and their work is always top notch. If I was in the market for a vehicle I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from McLain's.

We purchased a work van from McLain Auto Sales several years ago and it was a great investment for our business. McLain's have also taken care of all the service work we have ever needed on the van so their ability to sell the vehicle and provide great service down the road has been very helpful to us.

Owner was very rude. Had transmission put in truck and within three weeks it went out and he refused to even look at it. Charged us for an hour for a ten minute fix on it and told us that it wasn't his problem when he was the one who installed it. Overall not satisfied and would not take anything back there.
