My wife’s Yukon xl had a slip, took it to them last spring. They rebuilt the transmission and did a wonderful job. Just 3 weeks ago, my truck was leaking from the mechanic window on the transmission. My mom got told her entire motor needed replaced for a possible head gasket leak. Thankfully she wasn't dumb enough to take the bait. A true scam.

Brought in our Dodge Caravan for hard shifting and hesitation when driving; needed a full rebuild. McLain had it diagnosed and fixed in a little over a week. We did buy the extended warranty since this is a Dodge transmission we're talking about. But any questions we had Doug was more than happy to drive us around in our van and explain. Overall a great experience.

Couldn't be happier with the work done on my truck. It had a horrible wobble and McLain's was able to diagnosis the issue and fix it quickly. I have a Dodge Eco-diesel so it has to be "different", of course. C/V axel was the problem. Truck drives like new again. I will definitely bring my business back here.
