We drove from Georgia to Lake City Michigan to visit family. During our drive, we experienced a problem with the motor skipping when it downshifted. We were staying in a house three doors down from Northern auto so come Monday morning. I drove my truck up there to have it checked out. They check the codes and were able to diagnose the problem quickly and order the parts. Two days later I was able to drop off my truck and they fixed it in about half a day. Northern auto understood we were on vacation and were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. They don’t treat us like one time customers and understood in a few short days, we were going to have to drive a little over 700 miles back to Georgia.
