My car was stolen this month, and after police recovered it, I had to take it somewhere for an estimate. Even though they quickly realized it was going to be considered totaled, and will likely not see a dime from my car, they still were incredibly kind through the whole process. They gave me a fair estimate, explained everything to me, patiently let me grab everything out of my car, and quickly got back to me when I had a question. Extremely empathetic and professional business. Was definitely a bright spot in a really frustrating situation. 10/10, no notes. Thank you, Shelby, Amber, and the general manager I dealt with. If I ever have a car repair, coming back to you guys.

My car had body and rim damage after another vehicle hit it so I took it in for repair. J&J made the insurance aspect seamless, had great customer service, kept me informed along the way, and did a perfect job. My car looks brand new! Thanks a million J&J!!

J and J was amazing. I purposely chose J&J based on previous reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. They are kind and informative and went out of the way to let me know what was going on. I was through an insurance claim, and my car was done in 2 WEEKS! I was super happy because I missed my car, hate rentals. But even getting and returning the rental was super smooth. I was able to do everything during my lunch hr. Very satisfied. Thank you J and J for showing up!

Manager acts as if he is on your side and works for your best interest, but behind your back he will bad mouth you with comments like "if I knew how difficult you were going to be I never would have taken the job to fix your vehicle. In other words I just want the easy no hassle, un informed customer, not involved jobs. SORRY to be a thorn in your side by being informed and involved in the repair of my vehicle and not just letting the insurance adjuster and you work me over.
