It's been a pleasure working with J&R Auto group. Richard has always been helpful with any questions or issues I've had with Budget Truck Rental, and he's also given me good advice about buying cars from his lot.

This comes from someone with a commercial account and rents trucks weekly with Budget. If I could give zero stars I would because that’s absolutely what this location deserves. I am very reasonable, I made a 16ft truck rental through my commercial account the night before. When my employees arrived the next morning there was a 26ft truck as well as 16ft truck on the lot. *Note*Commercial takes precedence over Residential or at least that’s what I’ve been told previously. Been here two years in a row for my NC car inspection. Both times the staff very attentive and nice. Service was quick and easy and I was back on the road in no time. Also met this little guy at their office.
