My wife bought a ‘25 Palisade 3 months ago from this dealership. Great experience. Absolutely great in making sure we got what we needed and wanted. Fast forward to getting it serviced. Incredibly polite people inside the service department. A polite lady checked me in, and I believe Ryan checked me out in the end. We needed the state inspection done. That was completed and knocked out. I did put two dots on each tire to make sure they were actually rotated and balanced. The tires were not. He said they did rotate them side to side. When I got back home I parked it how I left this morning to double check the picture I took. They weren’t rotated. I did find a fresh scratch on the rear bumper that irked me a bit. He was very accommodating with all the info that I wanted, and all of the things that I expected out of the vehicle that I wanted which was a 2026 Palisade SEL AWD.
