The manager was not trying to upsell me during my oil change and let me know that I did not need new filters. I appreciated the honesty, especially since they had recently been changed at another establishment. I did have a scheduled tire rotation that was not completed, but they clearly explained why it was not needed during this appointment. Communication about services is important to me. I have been a customer at this location for over 7 years, and this was my most positive experience.

I thought Jayme, the service writer, went above and beyond in customer care. He made arrangements for me to come in early, was very personable, made helpful service suggestions, performed a video vehicle walk-around and facilitated a reasonable invoice. The auto tech called and recommended services during a routine inspection. I appreciated so much that he didn't force me or guilt me into getting the extra things done. He was honest about the cost (which actually he overestimated so it was a nice surprise when I went to pick up my car!), and honest about how much longer I could drive without the extra services (so that I didn't have to pay out so much all at once). I approved all the services they recommended because I didn't feel pressure or guilt! And honestly, once I picked up my car, could tell the difference! So, money well spent to have a safer, more reliable car during these upcoming winter months and my intended for cross country trip this coming summer!

We have been having our car serviced for 5 years at this location. Our adviser Michelle is awesome and very knowledgeable. Our sonata had a defect that caused our engine to burn oil. Our adviser submit paperwork that enabled us to get a new engine from Hyundia and a new Catalytic converter. Through both huge repairs we only had to pay $400.00 out of pocket. They provided our car with high quality service from inspections, oil changes to over haul new engine and more. Just found out they are opening up a location closer to me in Hanover. Highly recommend!!

Great experience, advised of all prices before the work was done! Everything was taken care of in a timely manner! As usual Jamie took care of all my questions! I bought my Tucson from Jamie in 2011 and still come to Giambalvo’s for all my service issues.
