Mavis Discount Tire

The East York location is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Nate was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend them. They are reasonably priced and easy to work with. Update: had some major issues after we got out car back. We had to get it towed back to Mavis on Friday night to get the new brakes fixed again. The rear driver side brake shifted and locked up the wheel. My daughter couldn't move the car at all. They did fix them but we are still waiting on the reimbursement for the tow. This is a major issue because my daughter could have been in a bad accident if the wheel would have locked up at highway speed.

Mavis got me in right away when my tire went flat unexpectedly! They were able to save my tire and get us on our way quickly. They also had a nice kids play area, which was helpful for our two kids who were restless! Thank you, Faith, for your help and kindness.

Had an appointment to get my tire fixed and was serviced right of way. Fast turn around time and very friendly service. I have been coming here for a while and each time I had a great experience.

These guys were awesome. They changed my tire for free, didn’t make me wait long at all, and the customer service was great. Everyone was super nice and helpful, which made the whole situation way less stressful. Definitely appreciate them and would recommend this place to anyone.

Impressive customer service, Nate far exceeded expectations by not only fixing my tire but also explaining and visually showing me the hard plastic that was imbedded in it, and they worked quickly and proficiently. I felt both Faith and Nate were genuinely happy to have me as a customer, and treated me more like family. Good people, highly recommend!
