I bought a Preowned certified sonata from them 2 months ago. They also sold me Bumper to Bumper warranty for 100k miles. The var had 51k miles on it. From day 1 we are experiencing weird air flow from the AC vent. It throwing hot air intermittently in the driver side while other 4 vent are behaving normal. The issue reported and acknowledged by the Service Manager. They kept the car for a month to fix it. When gave back the car from the very next day it is behaving as usual weird. They took it again for 3rd time to fix it and gave it back certifying all good. But it is dame eratic right from the same day. Not sure how or why this dealership is rated so highly, so I am guessing it must be us??? Personally, we have tried going there 3 times and each time we were met with the same lack of service and/or attention. A few years ago, while shopping for a vehicle, this was our first stop. I brought my car here to get the oil change and tire rotation & inspection aswell seeing as it purchased my vehicle from this place. I figured it would be ok to go there and they are honest...first I can only hope they did what they were supposed to do with my car inspection went great. They brought me home and picked me up with John the shuttle driver he was extremely pleasant with me. But they do tend to lie about things. Like my filter..they said peaces have broken and they got all they could out and if I want to replace whats left. They wanted to uncharged me about 80 more bucks.
