Doug was very knowledgeable. Knew right where the car was that I needed a part from, and even knew the part was on the car! And they have thousand of cars! Lots from the '30's to the '70's and newer. It was a little muddy, but that was to be expected. Definitely will go back when I need more parts!

A blast from the past. Lots of old cars and parts from the 40's 50's 60's and 70's

No idea if this place is even in business. I went there three times during the business hours they have posted on their door. All three times, there was no one there and the lights were off. I walked around, knocked, honked, and genuinely tried to find someone. Again during the hours THEY have posted on the door. All told I wasted about 2 hours of my time between the three separate trips.

Very friendly and helpful, knowledgeable as well. It was a bit busy when I went but the wait wasn't very long and Doug still managed to get to everyone's needs without rushing things. Unfortunately they didn't have the part I needed, but I was given a few places that may have it which is going to make my search much easier. I was also not treated as if I didn't belong there, which I do tend to get quite often at Auto parts shops (etc) which was awesome. Keep up the excellent work Jack's Auto, I know I'll definitely be back for hard to find automotive parts!

Chris is an amazing person just like his father down to earth a pleasure to talk to and friendly as can be even though I couldn't find the Lincoln Mark III parts I was looking for it was fun just to go out and talk with him!
