Thank you to Jackson's towing for showing up so quickly on the worst weather day of the year! My alternator went out. Wasn't sure where I should take it for repair. Too truck driver said Jerome( owner of tow company) does repairs. He had it done next day for a great price. Thank you for such great service!

Jerome from Jackson Towing was absolutely amazing today. My daughter had a flat tire on the side of Athens Hwy. and didn’t have a spare. He gave me a suggestion of who I should call and find a tire. Jerome expeditiously came to get her car, took it to Wal Mart, made sure Wal-Mart had everything they needed to get her tire changed. He made sure my daughter was safe and was so kind! Jerome was helpful, kind, concerned and did it all in a very timely manner. Best experience dealing with a tow truck company I’ve ever had!!! Thank you!!!

My jeep broke a belt and one of the pulleys. I'm not from anywhere near there. In fact, I'm from NC, traveling alone and frightened. Once the tow truck arrived, I felt completely at ease. Reasonable prices and good people. If I lived close. I would definitely spread their name around to give them more business.

Speedy response, reasonable pricing! 511 roadside assistance wasn’t helpful at all! Contacted this establishment due to our urgent need (car stalled on 20W on a 103 degree day our 2 year old present) and they came within 10 minutes to check on our vehicle which resulted in them towing our car shortly thereafter, 61 miles to our home dealership! I really want to thank you guys and express how grateful I am for your guys’ service yesterday. And I want everyone to know these guys are absolutely wonderful. I blew a tire out on 71 N south of Harrisburg and my car battery died as well. I managed to get the tire off, but it was too dark to safely change the tire without hazards and flares to get vehicles to move over to the left lane. It was pitch black dark outside, but Scott did his diligence and found me eventually. He was able to get my spare on quickly and jumped my car. He stayed with me until the windows defogged and watched for me to have enough clearance to safely drive away. He then went above and beyond and followed me to the next exit where it was safe to check my tire pressure in the spare to make sure I could get home. Th
