Jacksons Car Wash

Give me like another great car wash by Jaxon’s and some car washes. I’m walking around pointing things out to them and they got it all and even asked me to check and make sure willing to do anything more that I might need, but it was already a five star Job! Spencer Patrick and PJ create an amazing team for you with everything you need when it comes to auto detailing! I live all the way out in Santan Valley, and it’s worth the drive!

Jacksons hand wash is such a big scam. When you pay 100 dollars for a wash what do you expect? A spotless car. Instead what do I get? Dirt and insects still sticking to the front of the car. Dirt in cup holders. The car boot untouched.

First time coming here came in for a 40 dollar ultimate wash and got told there’s a special for a mini detail for 75 that included everything in an ultimate plus a wax and other things. After getting my car I noticed it was not vacuumed, back window was still dirty, and bird poop on my roof. Not even sure if they applied a wax. If they did a spray wax it’s definitely not worth 49 dollars for it. Mini details shouldn’t be done in 10 minutes but more like 30. I feel like I paid more money and received less. Unsatisfied.

Had the best experience at this Jackson’s. They went out of their way to wash my car a second time to get all the bugs off the front without me even asking. I had some chalk writing that they were able to scrape off for me and my car smells amazing. Chuy really went above and beyond and was so friendly! 10 out of 10 service from everyone there, from the second I pulled up to me driving off. I will definitely be back!

Called around for pricing and most places were ridiculous for hand wash. Spoke to Patrick at Jacksons Car Wash at Tempe Marketplace yesterday and he encouraged me to give them a try for at least one wash. Pulled in today and could tell it was him walking towards me with a smile and a welcoming, “Hello Karen” before I even said anything. Left with a job beautifully done - with great attention to detail and excellent customer care. Looking forward to coming back for the next wash in the package I purchased today. They are a great team! Thanks everyone.
