Jake Sweeney Cadillac

I had an outstanding experience at Jake Sweeney Cadillac. Cory, my car salesman, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the exact vehicle I wanted. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The rest of the team at Jake Sweeney Cadillac was just as impressive. Everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly committed to great customer service. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. I highly recommend talking to Cory if you are looking for a positive, trustworthy car-buying experience.

We recently moved to this area and this was our first time visiting this dealership. I worked with Derek and I have to say he is very professional and organized. In addition to the regular service, I had an issue with a sensor and a few other minor concerns. Derek explained everything in detail, ordered the necessary parts, and they fixed my car quickly. Thank you very much!

Excellent Service !! First time visiting this dealership. We have owned Cadillac cars for the last 10 years. Came here because of the upscale reviews I read. They certainly went above and beyond. They were commendable straight across the board in every capacity. From the car getting checked in by Derek even though i was 45 minutes early. Thank you for not making me wait. To the Service Advisor Nate explaining everything in detail without confusion and with full transparency. Very professional and detailed Advisor. He phoned the next day to book the followup service as he said he would. Thank you Nate to you and your team. We do plan on purchasing another Cadillac in the next few months and will give this dealership our business. They washed my vehicle after all that heavy snow without even

I highly recommend seeing Joe Wise at Jake Sweeney Cadillac! I had the best car buying experience ever, I was in and in out in an hour and a half max! No pressure to purchase or anything! I will definitely be back when its time for another vehicle and recommend all my friends and family that need a new vehicle to go see Joe!

I was very pleased with my buying experience at Jake Sweeney Cadillac. I had done some research online before I went and they had the best in-stock inventory. Everyone I encountered was friendly and low key. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!
