Best mechanics I’ve EVER been to. I’ve had concerns for years about certain issues with my car others couldn’t name that they figured out in under three hours, as well as others. Super thorough. I have an old car, so lots of issues but feel like I’m in more than capable and honest hands. Anyway, again, they were great. Also super professional and fun waiting room!

Outstanding service, knowledable crew /w impressive improvising abilities, & just an awesome crew! I got stranded biking around the island, the kiawe thorns have punctured another tire... they fixed it right up in a jiffy for a reasonable price. Even have me a repair kit on the go! Thanks guys.

Fantastic. Not just expert, knowledgeable service, but kind, compassionate, honest people. Jake and Tamara are wonderful people you can trust. They've done all kinds of custom work on my truck that I use to Clean The Pacific. They aways go above and beyond the call of duty. Jake made this excellent bumper for me after I tore the OEM bumper off by accident. He welded a trailer hitch receiver on it for my winch. THANKS JAKE!

Jake & his team were able to identify and fix the actual issues with my truck, not just the "possibilities. " they quickly got me in for diagnostics, quickly got my parts, got the truck in and fixed promptly. Great communicators, great work. Definitely reccomend

I'm a survivor from the 2023 wildfires in Lahaina. Then WE moved here to Puako as to continue care for an elderly person who loss his home and personal belongings in the fires. I found JAKL as a totally awesome company. They did service and repair work on my car 4 times this year. What a GREAT!!!! company. They were caring, professional, helpful and no funny business. I'm returning back to Maui in 3 weeks and I'll miss these guys and gals Thanks JAKL
