Worst car repair experience of my life. Took my car in for a basic brake job. They broke a brake line that was not broken and allowed my car to sit on the road for 2 1/2 weeks without touching it. Saying they were waiting on a special order part. When it finally came in two weeks later oops. Wrong part! And I had to call just to find that out. Finally towed my car to a reputable shop, ordered my own part which arrived in 4 business days, took the part in and my car was fixed the next day. Because of this I was without my own car for over 3 weeks and had to rent a car for two. Jebs told me I needed a full rear brake job plus to fix what they broke and several other repairs I wanted.
