My husband and I were traveling in our RV to PA and when we were at Cracker Barrel having breakfast, he noticed that the drivers side inner tire looked flat. He was gonna try to air it up on his own but I convinced him we should go to a shop. Mike at Best One got us right in and I glad we came because their was too much damaged to the tire so we had to buy a new one. They had us on the road within an hour. Thanks Mike and team!

Good shop and the cheapest one in this town. Really recommend them if you want to fix your unit's tires very quick and cheap.

In June, I had an alignment done after installing new struts, trusting the shop to get it right. A few weeks later, I noticed unusual tire wear and checked the camber angle myself, which visibily looked off. I contacted the dealer, who recommended a camber of 0.58 degrees, but the shop had set mine at 2.4 and 2.6—way outside the correct range. I went back to the shop, on a time crunch before a cross country drive, where they nervously brushed off my concerns and shoed me away. Frustrated, I did a manual alignment with the help of a local mechanic, where we found one of the lower strut bolts was not tight—an obvious negligence by the shop on top of their alignment system having the incorrect angles. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge the possibility of a mistake led me to

Blew a semi tire and they closed in 30 min but told me to come in and they’d get it changed , awesome team !! Thanks for the good customer service!!

I called and explained to Mike I had low air on a semi tire and needed it looked at. He said, "Bring it in and probably take 1 hour." I asked to have the drives rotated also. Repair and rotate took less than 1 hour! Justin and Joe worked great as a team and communicated to make sure everything was done to my liking. Reasonable pricing and timely service! I will definitely go back when the time comes. Thanks, guys!
