Paulette and Herman always take cares of my cars and take care to the people I send! The work from Honda all the way up to Mercedes very smart I will always recommend them it’s my go too!!

Paulette and Hermin provide fast, reliable and affordable services. They took what I thought was going to be an expensive repair to my rear power lift gate and turned it around in a few hours I was expecting at worse case scenario a couple hundred because of how the bolt was originally welded to the interior frame of the lift gate but Hermin knocked it out quick. Considering another shop quoted me near $1200 to drill in a lower section of the frame, paint and weld a new bit in the frame I was absolutely floored by their professionalism and pricing. I recommended for all services even just your standard oil change because with their attention to detail they’ll be able to help correct something before it ever becomes a problem. Been to Japanese Auto Works since the sale of my former mechanic to Gerber Collision. Service has always been quick, courteous, & accommodating. Its always a pleasure to work with Paulette as well. I was overdue on my safety & service and she was able to get me in right away. Also one of the few mechanics to have a cool air conditioned waiting room that’s also well-appointed ! Hope they stick around for years to come, Kona definitely needs them.
