From San Diego,Ca(started early Jun, 25) I order a motor for my b -day for my truck.. I was sent the right motor but for the wrong application.. I have a dodge ram, they make different applications ,ram van charger and other . to make the long story short.. I provide all the right things. to get me the right motor...I know people make mistakes (only human).I tried to rectify the issue by call back and attempting to get the motor swapped.. I got the run around it cost me time ($1200)and went through another company and much frustration the people are dicks and should not be in business and the reason I say this, I even reached out to the co- worker for help.. I ended up finding that they bought the motor through a 3rd party made a commission and lied on the warranty . I had to get t

First off, ZERO Stars if possible. Promises after promises followed up with excuses after excuses. Horrible customer service from the start. The guy named Dart loves to interrupt you while you're trying to talk. I used the info from the credit card charges to call the suppliers directly. Got to the root of the problems right from the get go. One charge got refunded by the supplier directly, so thats good. The other charge was from a supplier that told me he didnt have my desired motor even in stock. Dart promised me a tracking number by Tuesday afternoon. When I called him on Wednesday, he then changed it to Friday. I've been dealing with these idiots for two weeks now and still dont have a motor on the way. AVOID!! Jasper Automotive all together. My husband and I placed an order Dec 4th for an engine to be sent to us in Oregon and paid $3093 which includes shipping. Told us it would ship out on Monday the 8th and it would take 7-10 days to be delivered. We received a confirmation email but no tracking number, they won’t answer our calls. We will be filing a police report if our engine doesn’t show up on Monday or we don’t get a full refund back into our account. How they handle business is ridiculous and they need to be shutdown immediately!

Very disappointed, sold me a boat ancor for a motor they say just had 62,000 miles. It was so rusty, couldn't take bolts off manifold without snapping.

My initial contact was with Mr. Daniel Wilson, he answered all of my questions to my satisfaction Mr. Wilson listened to the difficulty I had with another company call Used engine INC and what it cost me for sending the wrong engine. jasper automotives. send all the documents indicating mileage, warranty, disclosure and terms. They kept there promises with me and I'm satisfied and totally recommend Used Engines Inc. to everyone.
