Jax Kar Wash - Angola

For the price I feel like vehicle is never clean enough! ESPECIALLY the back of the vehicle. I have a larger vehicle so the fellas doing the back need to really do a better job! From the back, my vehicle doesn’t even look like it’s been through the car wash! Also so much soap left in the mirrors so that splatters all down the side after leaving the car wash.

Our first time today and they barely touched our vehicle and when they dried it they just kind of slapped it with wet microfiber cloths leaving the windows with milky slap streaks. There was still SO much dirt on the front and back. We should of just did it ourselves, saved the money, and actually cleaned it all the way.

I subscribe to the monthly plan and have been very satisfied with the car washes. Recently, the big roller towel for the windshield has not been operating. However, there are usually crew members waiting around the corner to dry off windows and mirrors all around the car. I’m very pleased with this new addition!!! I do wish there was interior cleaning offered, though.

For starters, when Jax opened in Angola, it was a decent car wash. However, in my opinion, it started going downhill fast. There is an attendant whose job it is to guide you into the track that takes you through the wash. My car happens to have factory wheel covers on steel wheels. Two of which, or maybe 3 after tonight, are ruined because they can't pay attention enough to guide you. Every time this has happened, they direct me over AFTER my wheel has hit the track. I was told by a gentleman that said he is the owner that they don't accept responsibility for that kind of damage.... that is one complaint. Next, the wash quality... or lack thereof. Excellent service and friendly employees as always. My only concern was I did not receive the wash plan I thought I signed up for. I thought I was signing up for the everything wash. I noticed the item signs didn't didn't light up. They were to busy to question. Got home and noticed I didn't have the tire shine. Confirmed my thoughts Thanks have a great day
