I prefer this location over Rochester Rd. Overall a better wash and the drying attendants consistently do a better job. Although the pre-spray attendants could be more detailed. It would also be nice if they would make some effort to help you guide the car in.

Joshua was so kind and helpful with my car wash experience! I typically don’t go to car washes because in past experiences at other car wash companies, some people are rude, not helpful, and impatient. However, Joshua was extremely nice and guided me through the whole process! I’m grateful that he helped me today and thoroughly explained the membership process for my future car washes there! My card wasn't working even though I had money on it. They comped my car wash, so they went above and beyond. A lot of places won't do that. No car wash is perfect when I paid for unlimited for a year. And I was taking it in, every other day. Twice a day to wash my truck was perfect, but I haven't had many car washes, They would comped me twice. That was the second time when there's problems with my card wasn't working or having issues and twice, I've gotten discounts. Even though only once 2 years ago did I pay for the unlimited car wash? And if I remember correct, it was around $400 + unlimited for a year, meaning twice a day, every day, even though who does that besides Jack's car wash? No car wash is perfect. The way they always bug you to sign up for a monthly membership, You feel like you’re at an oil change shop. In addition, your vehicle doesn’t always come out of the wash completely clean.
