Jax Kar Wash - Madison Heights

Jack’s Car Wash in Madison Heights does a solid job overall. The wash quality itself is pretty good—my car consistently comes out clean, and the pricing feels fair for what you get. The only real downside is the layout. The exit forces you to cross right over the incoming traffic, and when it’s busy, it can be a bit chaotic trying to get out. The drying crew is hit or miss. Some days they’re thorough, and other days you can tell they’re rushing, so results vary. Still, for a quick and decent wash, Jack’s gets the job done. A few improvements in flow and consistency would make it even better.

Hello I’ve been a wash club member for a few years and I am in the Luxury transportation business, And I frequent the JAX’s Car wash systems all over the state I get the everything wash with the added carbonate. The carbonate is a must have it has my vehicles looking like black glass, beautiful. I’ve always had a pleasant experience up until December 1, 2025 at the Eastpointe location On Kelly at 9 mile I got out of my car because there was no one behind me and it was something that I always did and no one ever had a problem with it. This guy claim to be the location manager and told me that went against policy and to get my fat ass back in the vehicle, and I looked at him and continue to wipe the excess water off of my car as the JAX employee wipe the car to his Best ability and didn’t ha

Winter is a rough time for car washes and the time you need it most. I generally have a good experience with the unlimited exterior wash I get at Jax’s. But in the winter, the snow and ice in the wheel well and other places is still there when I drive off. But at least the salt is off the paint and 90-95% of the vehicle looks nice and clean. The license plate reader also doesn’t seem to work very well and the attendant has to pass me through, which holds the line up.

Waited 10-15 minutes and paid $14 to clean my daughter’s jeep. No brushing just spray a little chemicals and on to the next car. Get Jaxed!

Go there almost every day, fast quick and easy. My car is still new and it looks just like it came off the showroom floor, nice.
