Jax Kar Wash

My first visit, in my personal vehicle, did well enough. It wasn’t perfectly clean but cleaner. Since our local auto wash is still under construction, my boss decided to try Futuristic. $20ish and it missed the lower half of passenger side of his truck. Drivers side looks great, but most of the passenger side is smeared and streaky. It would be one Star, but the attendant was kind enough to run out and remove his hitch so my boss didn’t need to get out of the truck.

Sensors never work anymore since Jax took over. Have to wait for attendant to come over every time to check my plate even though I pay for a seamless process with the subscription. Even if it works, you’re met with 4-5 screen prompts you have to navigate to upgrade and leave tips before you’ve even been given the service. On top of that, now you have to awkwardly wave off people not to dry your car every time you leave. Hard pass on this subscription model. Left to go somewhere else more seamless.

Do not go to this location I had the worst service. The guy named James gave me a nasty attitude was not able to click the screen for me to continue to enter the car wash, but was able to click the screen to put my plate in and fix it made me get out of my car and click. The button went around again cause my car didn’t get cleaned the best then continue to cuss me out because I told the manager on him and how he should have better customer service if I was able to give this zero star, I would do not go to this location. Employees are very rude and don’t have manners. guy named James was very rude. That phone number that you just replied me with does not work. I don’t know how you guys run a huge business and don’t respond to your phone.

I went for the wash with wheel cleaning and wax. Perhaps the wheel cleaning is only for the back wheels. They were cleaned, but the fronts were not. If there is wax, it's on top of the dirt that was striped on the roof from font to back that did not get cleaned. Brushes did not go all the way across the car. Back of the car was all soapy on leaving. The front did not get cleaned. Dirt is still on the windshield where wipers don't go. It took me an hour and a half to make the car look like it has been washed. I've been at Futuristic before and would have rated it 3 or 4. Staff needs to wash their cars to see how far quality has fallen. Right now, it is definitely a 1 rating. Total waste of money.

2 because it's the only self wash in the area for like ten miles. It's expensive. The air brush doesn't really work. I've been here twice since it changed over to Jax and the workers have been extremely RUDE. There needs to be someone in the back guiding cars to each bay to wait on busy days. There needs to be someone back there enforcing no bucket washing, and no drying in the bays while you're yelling at me to pick one and wait so the guy behind me can go before me. Find a better method. Absolutely unacceptable behavior inexperienced today from workers and just as disgruntled customers.
