I brought my vehicle in for several things. I was greeted pleasantly and professionally and they were more than happy to serve me. They kept me updated and that was much appreciated. As you can imagine, this is a stressful time for the customer but I was quickly put at ease and the process was seem less. I was impressed the minute I walked in the door and was greeted with the utmost of professionalism. High quality customer service is slowly eroding in many businesses today, Not true at the collision repair facility for Varsity Lincoln Mercury. The service writer, Rick Sheldon, took charge of the vehicle repair process instantly. He reviewed the damage with me and explained what needed to be done, he even checked to assure parts were available thus allowing for a seamless repair process to take place. I took my vehicle to Varsity Lincoln for bodywork after hitting a deer and I cannot recommend Taylor enough. I spend time on the phone with many other dealership collision centers. I have a 2026 Hummer EV. Someone hit my front bumper in a parking lot knocked out my headlight and self driving sensor. I was heading out of town and out of convenience I dropped my car off at Varsity Collision and used the night drop box. 5 min after they opened I get a call from the manager Rudy. He explained the process and made everything extremely easy.. I asked him if I should be concerned about my GMC and he was Lincoln? He said not to worry! The communication that Varsity has is second to none never once did I have to call wondering what was going on. They kept me up to date on the parts worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Bottom line I have used several collision shops throughout my life and by far Variety Collision hands down is #1 They take the headache out of collision
