Family friend of Jay. Mike is the man. He has stepped up and is doing a fantastic job at Jay's Auto Body. I came in expecting the world and he made it happen. I had some issues with my vehicle that did not pertain to my insurance claim. I paid a little extra but I can't express the the happiness he had brought me. I'm very particular with my vehicles and Mike's crew has my respect. Don't go anywhere else. Crash Junkies quote for my vehicle was double what Jay's Auto body was. I had been to Jays a few years ago where the gentleman who worked there (never caught his name) helped me with some free advice. So when i had some body damage to my vehicle caused by road construction debris, I took my car there. He quoted me $775 but when the time to pay came, he said it was cheaper than expected and was only charged $600. Who does that kind of thing these days? I thanked him for being a class act business with ethics and will continue to do business there again if needed!
