My mother got with to help her since I work in the claims industry. I got with Julio at JB collision he gave us great customer service. He provided a step by step process and gave us a good deal on the Ac repair that was not part of the wreck. They are always willing to over and beyond. Juan and Julio are small business owners in San Marcos, Texas. Our car was damaged in a hail storm. They worked closely with our insurance company to make sure that all of the repair costs were estimated correctly. Since the car was less than a year old, we told Juan and Julio that we wanted it to to be repaired, "like new". They took those instructions to heart. When the first coat of paint did not meet that standard, they sanded and repainted the car again. They did this on their own initiative. Although it took longer than estimated to repair the vehicle, the finished product was beautiful.. These guys are small business owners who really care.
