I've been looking to get my 2014 WRX hatch running for a while, and prepared myself on doing a ej20x/y swap (needing to adjust cams/timing, etc.) since it fit my budget. I gave the shop a heads up that I was going to arrive during the weekend and planned on making a possible purchase since I'm about 2 hours away. They responded with good communication. After arriving and talking to Nick and the owner, I went with a ej205d instead. Picked out a clean one and even showed me the compression test video. I just finished the swap this past week along with the routine maintenance to the engine. Even installed a IAG oil pickup/baffle (my original engine's oil pickup cracked). **STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR AND SUPPLIER ** Motor was purchased the end of October. Had good communication and negotiated a deal. Specifically asked for key components to be included in the sale. Also made it very clear, the engine would be in great bill of health and over all in great shape. I was told yes. Engine was received. Right from delivery things were bad. Engine harness was cut up, O2 sensors broken, p.s. pump broken, coil cover broken in two. Was Missing parts.. flywheel, clutch, starter, ignitor,air flow meters... It's was over all not good. I reached out to the company and they told me, these were warranty items and their warranty doesn't cover them...umm YOU SOLD ME BROKEN ITEMS. they aren't warranty when they show up broken!! at this point the engine was tore down. Went down to JDM Racing Motors after the front clip I ordered from J Spec auto sports got damaged. They found replacements for all of my damaged JDM parts and even helped me get them on my car. Nick is great to work with and was very helpful. Will definitely be going back.

Bought a trans and was told it would work with my 06 CRV. Ended up not working and called other JDM distributors location and they told me that what they had told me here was a lie and it will not work. Jdm trans does not work with a UK built crv, told the guys here yet they still said it would work so we decided to put the transmission in. Now I got a trans that don’t fit and called a few times yet no one picks up.
