I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Randy Byrd was my salesman and was a fantastic guy. He was on top of everything and made sure I was well taken care of. Randy treated me with Great hospitality and respect for being a younger customer (19). He assisted me in the purchase of a 2015 cls63 s amg. Made sure the car was in very clean condition and made trading in my lexus rc350 f sport a breeze. Highly recommend having Randy as your sales guy very enthusiastic and kind. Also their lot has a wide plethora of vehicles to choose from. Fantastic sales team at this Jeff wyler dealership.

After looking for my dream car (an orange Jeep wrangler) we stopped in to the business on Greendale, Indiana and talked to Derrick Baltrusch. He made some calls and had our Jeep delivered and ready to go in less than 2 days. We were very happy with the service, the professionalism and the friendliness of Derrick and the entire staff.

My wife recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff Wyler Lawrenceburg Chrysler, and the experience was genuinely excellent. From the moment we arrived, Ben, the young salesman who helped us, was extremely attentive and professional. He patiently walked us through all the options on the vehicle we were interested in and made sure my wife fully understood everything without ever being pushy or rushing the process. His willingness to answer questions and explain details made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. The sales manager, Chuck, was also very helpful and professional. He treated us with courtesy and respect, and it was clear that he wanted to make sure my wife was completely happy with the purchase. So disgusted with the service I had received since I had purchased the Durango that I paid off the loan early and traded it in for a Honda. Dealership never honored the extended warranty I bought or “couldn’t find the information” or “”I don’t see that in our records”, then when presented with credit card date, “ oh, there.. it is.” Always some kind of issue going on with the Durango but every time I took it in to service couldn’t figure out the problem but had no problem trying to upsell something else instead. Will never be back and will never by another Dodge. Sure they look nice. But service is extremely terrible. Money is better spent elsewhere. Lesson learned.
