If I could choose ZERO stars I would. I had Potts put in a clutch in my 1980 toyota pickup, told them to do whatever it needed to make it shift good, when I picked it up it did not shift right, I thought it needed time to wear in correctly but kept getting worse so now I have to get a new fly wheel and clutch because they did not put the fly wheel in correctly. they tried to resurface the fly wheel but took off too much and did not shim it properly to get the correct distance between the fly wheel and the clutch. paid them $1600.00 dollars for a bad job. now it's gonna cost me $1700.00 to correct their bad work. I will never go there again, and, of course, will never recommend them to anyone. Run!!

My favorite auto repair shop. The only one I will ever use! Stacy ( front desk assistant) is amazing! Everyone is beyond knowledgeable. They are honest and fair!! I highly recommend this company!!!!!!

Been using Jerry Potts for a long time. They have always done right by me and my family. Even when they are busy they get to our vehicles in a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate their presence in our community. I have never felt ripped off. They always steered us in a good direction, even in repairs that would have exceeded the value or practicality of the vehicle.

I have never taken my car anywhere and had the level of service that they provided at Jerry Potts. They communicated with me every step along the way and were very clear about what needed to be done and why. They also kept us from spending four times the amount the Volvo dealership told us we needed to spend. Several repairs Volvo recommended were not needed! Stacy is an absolute gem. She is the key to their excellent service. I will never take my car anywhere else again!

Excellent staff, knowledgeable and professional. Great long term technicians. The tech that worked on my Forester was exceptionably well trained and did a great job! Thanks to Bill and his staff I will drive 30 miles for great service.
