i was charged twice what i was quoted to press new bearings on a set of toyota spindles, and somehow this place managed to mess up what is not at all a difficult job. my hub spacers (that free float on the spindle behind the bearing) were marred from somebody ignorant on how these are supposed to work, and the abs sensor rings were filthy with greasy dirt that was easily sprayed out with brake cleaner. when i take something to a machine shop i kind of expect for these kinds of details to be taken care of, parts cleaned up and then reassembled correctly with no brutal marks from somebody being careless with a press. when i went to pick them up and noticed the marks all over my hub spacers, the guy admitted he didnt know they were supposed to spin on the hub and then complained about how h

If there were a button for 0 stars then that would be my rating. But since not, I am forced to rate them with 1 star. This shop is a joke! They’ll waste your time and money just like they did to my family. My husbands truck was at Jerry’s on two separate occasions. The second visit lasted five whole months. Just to get the engine replaced. After many complaints to Jerry himself, he decides the truck is good to go. Jokes on us. It was returned in WORSE CONDITION. We had the truck for two days before it stopped working. There were three broken spark plugs, two cut spark plug wires, a cut all the way down the vacuum line, and three quarters of all the sensors in the truck left unplugged. No mater how desperate you are, I would NEVER recommend Jerry’s Motor and Machine

Had them rebuild my motor. When installing I noticed that a couple of intake bolts was loose and one was broken. They used silicone to hold it in place and painted over it. I had the vehicle towed back. While making the repair they did not disconnect the fuel line. They broke the fuel pump off the housing and broke the steel fuel line. AutoZone felt bad for me and donated the parts for repairs. Finally when we turned the block over for the first time. We noticed that coolant was leaking from both heads. I was able to back off a couple of head bolts by hand. I didn't even get 90sec out of my rebuild. Now I'm out a couple thousand and still have to pull the motor and go threw it out of pocket. I tried to call them several times and left my info and have not heard anything from them. Save tha

Great people! Got my car back on the road in no time at all and its running like a dream! They actually answer their phone and get you in quickly. Great communication and really friendly service. They were upfront and honest about the repairs that were needed and charged very fair prices. I will definitely be utilizing them for my auto needs in the future.

I took a head off a 1.8 Toyota engine to get rebuilt. I got the head back and was charged for surfacing the head and it had not been surfaced. Was charged for a valve job there was so much carbon on the backsides of the valves and when tested for valves sealing everyone of them leaked. This is by far the worst I have ever seen in my life. I am an ASE Certified Master Auto and Truck, Caterpillar Certified, Cummins Certified and have been a Professional Technician for 34 years. Needless to say I was trying to save money but you get what you pay for. Jerrys will not get anymore of my Business and if someone asks I will laugh and tell them they are stupid if you go there.
