We had my wife’s Lexus repaired at Jess Auto Group and it was a great experience from start to finish. A great price with great customer service! The repair was flawless and I’ll be bringing my truck in for a parking lot fender bender.
Horrible experience took my car to try to get fixed kept taking weeks and stalled I still have a loose bottom under neath they didn’t even bolt in right so my car makes noise when I drive. They Never ordered the clamps we needed so my front fender is still popped out! WOULDNT RECOMMEND GOING AT ALL!! Even the ex partner said they are full of it …
I had a great experience overall communication was great and they had my vehicle repaired quick!!
