Great customer service, drove up and hit the bell and about 5 people came running out to assist. Andrew was very helpful and the service writer was fantastic. Fast service, great sales tactic and wasn't pushy. Thank you

5 stars for Kory! Am I loyal to jiffy lube? Absolutely not. Will I go back because Kory makes the expirence better? Absolutely! He is so helpful and friendly, it’s not very often people just “get it”, ya know.

I was visiting from out of state and noticed one of my daughters head light bulbs was out, so I went jiffy lube and Caleb was able to change it fast and free. I brought the new bulbs in with me . Thank you 🤙🏽

Dante was very rude over the phone and hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. Obviously not going here for high mileage oil change. Do better Jiffylube, customer service used to matter to your company.

Came jn for an oil change/air filter this time around. The customer service here is great and they do a pretty good job taking care of people who don’t like to do this work by themselves. They have coffee and tea in the lobby and the waiting area is clean. I guess this jiffy lube is going to start doing small scale maintenance work. Radiators, brakes, and stuff like that.
