Jiffy Lube

I was greeted very welcoming upon arrival. Several people asked if I was here for an Oil Change. The seating area was clean and there was plenty seating. The bathroom was clean. They got My vehicle in very quickly. I Love this place because it is so much not than an Oil Change.

I waited an hour for so called *15 min oil change* while not on queue. The guy at the reception had very poor customer service skills. He acted arrogant with every customer he talked with, uninterested, and had a clear attitude problem. If the customer doesn’t know something about the vehicle, every time he does is nod this head and doesn’t want to help or explain in easy words. There was no proper communication at all. Honestly, I will never visit this Jiffy Lube again. I do NOT recommend anyone to waste their money here. There are plenty of better places with better customer service.

Always love the fast and efficient services provided at this Jiffy Lube location. I also enjoy that they do provide discounts and coupons so your pockets aren’t always hurting in order to take care of your car. Great customer service skills.

This jiffy Lube is great. It can do almost everything like, and if it can't, tnt next door take over. The experience is great. Large bays area. Friendly workers.

Jiffy Lube is super fast, and with good prices for full synthetic oil changes. They also kindly checked and corrected the air pressure in my tires
