The guys here always take great care of me! My recent oil change I was in and out- literally in 15 mins, barely sat in the waiting room lol. Wanted to shout out Shantina B! She was so helpful and friendly, a pleasant person with great customer service.

Went in for an inspection. Not only did they make suggestions on things I needed to have changed like the brake fluid, but they also restored my headlights to look new. Everyone was so nice and personable. I highly recommend this location! No pressure to buy, just honest suggestions.

The gentleman was very professional, helpful, kind and friendly. The service was complete in a timely manner. Everything that my vehicle was explained in detail with safety's recommendations. I’ve used this Jiffy Lube before and previously had good service, including windshield cleaning and vacuuming, which is why I chose them over my dealer for an oil change. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a traumatizing experience. Shortly after leaving, I merged onto the highway when I suddenly heard a loud metal scraping sound. I immediately pulled over at the end of the on-ramp, only to find my oil pan cover barely hanging on by a single screw. Stranded on the side of a high-speed highway with no tools and no way to fix it, I called the shop for help—but the phone just rang with no answer. With cars flying past me, I had no choice but to crawl under my vehicle and attempt a temporary fix using twine, driving back at 20 mph just to make it safely. When I arrived, the manager remo

Shantina greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly disposition. She and the staff tuned up the car with an oil change and a systems flush. Now my Honda cruises with a happy humming engine. Shantina had our back, too. She is subtle but not pushy with the upsell and genuine in her kindness.
