Upon arrival, the customer service was great. Positive professional attitudes. Advised of a slight waiting time, confirmed that they had the required filter for my car. The time wasn't bad at all, before I knew it my vehicle was ready. The price was good and everyone was very polite. I would advise everyone I know with a car to go to this Jiffy Lube.

Highly recommend. The level of customer service I experienced here today was above and beyond, seriously. And ill be honest I was nervous going here. These gentlemen are professional, kind, honest and thorough. The wait is longer than 15 minutes but that is to be expected when its only 2 guys working on a line a of cars. I did not mind at all because I needed my oil changed and had time to wait.

I used this location a few years ago and had a horrible experience, so I was hesitant to return. Today, I needed a quick oil change and decided to give them another shot—I’m very glad I did! One of the employees mentioned that corporate took over this location back in March, and the difference is huge. Every employee I interacted with was super nice, professional, and accommodating. There were no pressure sales tactics at all. They offered clear options on oil choices, and I was in and out very quickly. The manager, Brian Sassman, wasn’t in today, but he’s clearly doing a fantastic job because his team is exceptional. Highly recommend this location now—night and day from what it used to be!

There was a bit of a wait due to it being Saturday and customers were ahead of me. Oil change was fast once it was in the bay. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The customer service was excellent. However, the prices are now high as you know what. Idk if they are under new management/ownership but $150 for an oil change (not high mileage) with no filter replacements is robbery
